The Brighton Bathing Boxes at Dendy Street Beach, 82 brightly painted Victorian huts, are one of Australia's most photographed coastal scenes and the obvious first stop. The beach itself is calm bay swimming, with Beach House Brighton on the Esplanade for a coffee or an ice-cream after a dip.
Church Street and Bay Street
